Reality Capture & Model Review
Reality capture records the as-built world (laser scans, photogrammetry and 360° imagery) so brownfield modifications start from measured conditions rather than old drawings. Point-cloud software registers and cleans scans and brings them into design tools; model-review and federation tools combine models from many disciplines and formats for clash detection, design reviews and construction rehearsal.
