Procore agrees to acquire DroneDeploy for about $845 million
The deal would add drone, robot and camera-based visual data to Procore's construction platform and AI.
Procore Technologies announced on 29 July 2026 a definitive agreement to acquire DroneDeploy, a visual intelligence and robotics platform, for about $845 million in cash, subject to customary purchase price adjustments. Procore expects the deal to close later in 2026, subject to customary conditions including required regulatory approvals.
DroneDeploy captures jobsite imagery with drones, robots and cameras, and says its platform is used on more than 3 million jobsites in over 180 countries. Procore plans to combine that visual data with its own construction data and Procore AI.
Procore pointed to the scale of the data it already holds: close to 400 million photos, more than 126 million drawings and over 10 million RFIs, submittals and inspections from the past year alone.
Goldman Sachs is Procore's exclusive financial adviser and Citi is advising DroneDeploy.
Joining Procore accelerates that mission.
