How to choose

Start with the field user. Mobile, offline-capable tools that supervisors actually use produce better progress data than richer systems that live in the site office.

If you run advanced work packaging, check how packages draw constraints from engineering, materials and scaffolding status rather than being assembled by hand.

Completions and commissioning are a discipline of their own. Make sure systems, subsystems, check sheets and punch items can be tracked to turnover with an audit trail the owner accepts.
